Over the course of several months, we will listen to recorded teachings on The Heart Sutra, practice Heart Sutra Meditation and have lively discussion on this topic.
Open to both beginners and advanced practitioners. Drop ins welcome. Please bring a notebook, your own cup for tea, a dharma friend and a smile.
